1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Untaxed ("the App"), including the Android app, iOS app, Chrome Extension, and Solana Seeker dApp Store listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Untaxed is a self-custodial Solana wallet and trading terminal available as an Android app, iOS app, and Chrome browser extension. The App is also distributed via the Solana Seeker dApp Store. The App facilitates cryptocurrency trading on the Solana blockchain via third-party services including Jupiter, Helius, and Jito. The App provides:

• Self-custodial wallet creation, import, and management
• Seed phrase generation and HD wallet derivation
• Token swaps via Jupiter (Ultra, V6, and Metis routing engines)
• Limit orders and trigger-based trading
• Multi-wallet and group trading
• Portfolio tracking, PnL calculation, and transaction history
• Token metadata and market data via Helius DAS and Supabase
• MEV-protected transaction submission via Jito (optional)
• SOL and SPL token transfers (send/receive)
• Token detection across supported terminals (Chrome Extension only)

3. Self-Custody

The App is a self-custodial wallet. This means:

• You control your private keys — they are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers
• We cannot access, recover, or reset your wallet — if you lose your private keys or seed phrase, your funds are permanently lost
• We cannot reverse or cancel transactions — all blockchain transactions are final once confirmed
• We do not hold your funds — your cryptocurrency exists on the Solana blockchain, not in our app

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your private keys, seed phrases, and device PIN/biometrics
• Backing up your seed phrases in a safe, offline location
• All transactions executed through the App
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• Verifying token contract addresses before trading
• Ensuring sufficient SOL balance for transaction fees

5. Financial Risks

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your investment. The App is provided as-is without any financial advice or guarantees. You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
• Trading memecoins and low-liquidity tokens is extremely risky
• Smart contract exploits and rug pulls are common
• Transaction fees, slippage, and MEV may affect your returns
• The App does not guarantee trade execution, pricing, or transaction confirmation
• Blockchain network congestion may cause transactions to fail or be delayed
• Token prices displayed in the App may not reflect real-time market conditions

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided — including token prices, charts, trending lists, and market data — is for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Jupiter — Swap routing, execution, pricing, and limit orders
• Helius — RPC infrastructure, token metadata, and wallet data
• Jito — MEV-protected transaction submission
• Supabase — Market data aggregation (trending tokens, DexScreener feed)
• Solana RPC nodes — Blockchain interaction and transaction submission
• DexScreener — Token profiles and community data (via Supabase)

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Their use is subject to their respective terms of service. Service outages or API changes may affect the App's functionality without notice.

8. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Transactions will be executed at expected prices or within expected timeframes
• Token metadata, prices, or market data will be accurate or current
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free from bugs or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of funds, cryptocurrency, or digital assets
• Loss of profits or trading opportunities
• Loss of private keys or seed phrases
• Failed, delayed, or incorrectly executed transactions
• Data loss or corruption
• Unauthorized access to your device or wallet

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data

The App stores wallet data locally on your device. The iOS app uses the iOS Keychain, the Android app uses EncryptedSharedPreferences backed by Android Keystore, and the Chrome Extension uses Chrome's storage APIs. We do not collect personal data or track your usage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities
• Circumvent sanctions or trade restrictions
• Exploit vulnerabilities in the App or connected services
• Interfere with the operation of the Solana network or third-party services

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. On iOS and Android, use the "Reset Wallet" option in Settings before uninstalling to fully remove stored wallet data. We may discontinue or modify the App without notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Untaxed developers regarding use of the App.
